Creams are topical applications to relieve pain and inflammation. We stock Fisiocrem, ActivFlex and Voltaren.

• Fisiocrem is a herbal massage gel and natural anti-inflammatory containing menthol and naturally derived active ingredients of arnica, hypericum (St John’s Wort), calendula and melaleuca. It is utilised for the temporary relief of muscular aches and pains.

• With the active ingredient menthol 7%, ActivFlex temporarily relives minor pain associated with mild arthritis, muscle sprains and strains, and mild joint inflammation.

• Voltaren is a medicated anti-inflammatory gel, used for the temporary relief of local pain and inflammation in acute soft tissue injuries including sprains, strains and sports injuries. It can also be used for localised soft tissue rheumatism, including tendinitis and bursitis. Due to its active medicinal ingredient diclofenac, it must only be used for a maximum of two weeks continuously.
