Paul Manassah

With more than 25 years’ experience as a physio including the specialty area of Musculoskeletal (Spinal Manipulative) Physio, Paul has also been the Team Physio for the State Basketball League Albany Raiders, Men's and Women's teams, for seven years.

He regularly attends professional development courses (including travelling interstate or overseas on twelve occasions).  Special interests include neck and back treatment.

Paul has wide experience in health promotion and has been conducting ergonomic and sports workshops for many years. He founded HealthiERGO, which has assisted many companies across the Great Southern regarding Workplace Ergonomics.

Emma Kelly

Physiotherapist
B. Sc.(Physio)
Emma joined Albany Physio after graduating from Curtin University in 2013. Since then she has built on her Physiotherapy Practicum experience at the clinic, has attended several courses and also taken on additional community roles. These have included being the Albany-based physiotherapist for Silver Chain, in addition to being the Bethel Hostel Aged Care physiotherapist.

Emma’s employment history includes being a Community Support Worker at Autism Association and a Teacher’s Aid in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She is conversant in Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken) and has moderate proficiency in Spanish.

Linda Maitland

Linda recently joined Albany Physiotherapy after owning and running private Physiotherapy practices in Wyalkatchem and Mt. Barker in the last 25 years.

This followed employment at the Poole General Hospital in the U.K. as a Physiotherapist in a variety of settings including Outpatients, Ward Physiotherapy, Intensive Care and Hydrotherapy.

Linda has always had a keen interest in Holistic Physiotherapy, having qualified in Chinese Acupuncture in 1993 and recently having completed her studies in Naturopathy. Her special interests include sports injuries as well as neck and back pain.

Merinda Rigoll

Physiotherapist
B. App. Sc.(Physio)

Merinda grew up in Albany and recently returned with extensive experience in the field of Women’s/Men’s Health and Continence Physiotherapy.

For 20 years, she has worked for Genesis Physiotherapy      (the largest Women's Health / Continence practice in Perth), including obstetrics and gynaecology at St.John of God Hospital, Subiaco. Prior to this she also worked in women’s health at SJOGH Murdoch and at King Edward Memorial Hospital.

She is also equipped to treat musculoskeletal conditions, including sporting sprains and strains.

Monika Landauf

Remedial Massage Therapist

Monika has been working as a massage therapist for 20 years, in physiotherapy clinics and gyms, both in Australia and in Sweden. 

This has included Massage Therapy working with LifeCare at the Mercy Hospital in Perth, as well as Remedial Massage Therapy and Physical Trainer / Gym Instructor work in Tasmania.

Monika enjoys Horticulture and keeping fit.

Peta is a qualified remedial masseuse who is famous in Albany for her strong but relaxing hands. She specialises in several different types of massage. They include Myofascial, Swedish, Trigger Point, Remedial Massage, Acupressure as well as Head, Facial and Foot massage.
