Paul Manassah

With more than 25 years’ experience as a physio including the specialty area of Musculoskeletal (Spinal Manipulative) Physio, Paul has also been the Team Physio for the State Basketball League Albany Raiders, Men's and Women's teams, for seven years.

He regularly attends professional development courses (including traveling interstate or overseas on thirteen occasions).  Special interests include neck and back treatment.

Paul has wide experience in health promotion and has been conducting ergonomic and sports workshops for many years. He founded HealthiERGO, which has assisted many companies across the Great Southern regarding Workplace Ergonomics.

Emma Kelly

Physiotherapist

Emma joined Albany Physio after graduating from Curtin University in 2013. Since then she has built on her Physiotherapy Practicum experience at the clinic, has attended several courses and also taken on additional community roles. These have included being the Albany-based physiotherapist for Silver Chain, in addition to being the Bethel Hostel Aged Care physiotherapist.

Emma’s employment history includes being a Community Support Worker at Autism Association and a Teacher’s Aid in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She is conversant in Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken) and has moderate proficiency in Spanish.

Merinda Rigoll

Merinda grew up in Albany and recently returned with extensive experience in the field of Women’s/Men’s Health and Continence Physiotherapy.

For 20 years, she has worked for Genesis Physiotherapy (the largest Women's Health / Continence practice in Perth), including obstetrics and gynaecology at St.John of God Hospital, Subiaco. Prior to this she also worked in women’s health at SJOGH Murdoch and at King Edward Memorial Hospital.

She is also equipped to treat musculoskeletal conditions, including sporting sprains and strains.

Anni Begutter

Physiotherapist

Anni graduated in 2009 after studying at the Saimaa University of Applied Sciences (Finland). Since then she has worked in a number of areas including Orthopaedics, Traumatology and Neurological physiotherapy.

She has also worked in Private Practice in Queensland prior to having her two children.

Anni also speaks Finnish and Swedish, and will be commencing practice at Albany Physiotherapy next month.

She specialises in several different types of massage. They include Myofascial Therapy, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point work, Remedial Massage, Acupressure, in addition to Head, Facial and Foot massage.

Aisha is passionate about Remedial Massage Therapy and being able to deliver the many beneficial effects that result from the following modalities : Swedish massage, Trigger Point, Reflexology, Myofascial, Acupressure, Head, Facial and Foot massage.  Her volunteer work has included providing Massage Therapy for the Albany Hospice, the MS Swim and The Relay for Life.

Aisha has a broad base of interests with other qualifications in Art & Design, and Information Technology. She is conversant in Chinese and has moderate proficiency in Malay.
